Consumers have the option of using this platform to resolve their disputes. We are voluntarily prepared to participate in an out-of-court dispute resolution procedure. We endeavor to resolve any disagreements arising from our contractual relationship in an amicable manner. Please contact us so that we can find a solution together. For this reason, we do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
