Water and forests are not just a backdrop.
You will become an active participant in the learning and change process – in alively space for perception, self-regulation, cooperatin and fining meaning.
In this ENBI course (experience and nature-based interventions), you will learn hot to design professional development and change processes in nature:
- how experiences in the forest and by the water support regulation, trust and resilience
- how to plan intentional experience-based interventions – instead of teaching outdoor techniques
- how to guide reflection and transfer in such a way that experiences become effective in everyday life and at work
Wasser und Wald sind dabei nicht nur Kulisse.
Du wirst aktive Mitgestalter*in des Lern- und Veränderungsprozesses – zu einem lebendigen Erfahrungsraum für Wahrnehmung, Selbstregulation, Kooperation und Sinnfindung.
In diesem ENBI-Kurs (Erlebnis- und naturbasierte Interventionen) lernst du, professionelle Entwicklungs- und Veränderungsprozesse in der Natur zu gestalten:
- wie Erfahrungen im Wald und am Wasser Regulation, Vertrauen und Resilienz unterstützen
- wie du intentionale erlebnisbasierte Interventionen planst – statt Outdoor-Techniken zu vermitteln
- wie Reflexion und Transfer so angeleitet werden, dass Erfahrungen in Alltag und Beruf wirksam werden
This course is not about outdoor survival techniques.
It focuses on relational skills: How do you maintain processes when uncertainty arises? How do groups reorganise themselves under pressure? And how does learning take place when plans don’t work out?
Forest & Water offers a well-founded, practical introduction to ENBI – a combination of direct experience, theoretical classification and professional reflection for anyone who wants to work with nature – not just in it.

Er fokussiert relationale Kompetenz: Wie hält man Prozesse, wenn Unsicherheit entsteht? Wie organisieren sich Gruppen unter Druck neu? Und wie entsteht Lernen, wenn Pläne nicht aufgehen?
Wasser & Wald bietet einen fundierten, praxisnahen Einstieg in ENBI – eine Verbindung aus unmittelbarem Erleben, theoretischer Einordnung und professioneller Reflexion für alle, die mit Natur arbeiten wollen – nicht nur in ihr.
